Changes

• Fix repacking large files by using FileStream instead of MemoryStream, avoiding the "Stream was too long" failure.
• Automatically remove temporary .m2d files after processing.
• Fix the nullable project setting so standard release builds compile correctly.

This Windows x64 build requires the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime.
