Closing: we intentionally stay on Tailwind CSS v3. The branding system depends on the v3 HSL token format (hsl(var(--x)) plus opacity modifiers), so a v4 upgrade has to be a deliberate migration, not an automated bump. Added an ignore rule for tailwindcss majors in #195 so this stops reappearing.
