CopilotStudioEmbed Power Platform Solution v1.0.1

Fixes Power Platform import failure caused by an apostrophe in a PCF manifest description-key value. Power Platform validates these attributes with the noAposStringType XSD pattern, so v1.0.1 removes the apostrophe and bumps the PCF control/solution versions.
