Changes

This beta continues the Home Assistant rewrite with schedule management services, sensor refinements, and the terminology change from party mode to pause mode. It also includes the latest dependency updates already present in this draft, including newer pyworxcloud releases and the Home Assistant 2026.3 line.

In addition to the integration work, this draft also contains maintenance and workflow updates around release automation, repository guidance, and the development environment. More beta-stage refinements may still land before the stable 7.0.0 release.
