This update adds selective price resolution, either 15 minutes or hourly (selectable in the settings for the integration)

Also adds possibility to enable forecasts for the next week.
When forecasts is enabled, tomorrow prices are ALWAYS available, but until the official price update, the prices are forecasts.
2 new sensors are added when forecasts is enabled.
State for these sensors represents when the forecasts have been updated (4 times a day), and the attributes contain the forecasts.

NOTE: Forecast data is ALWAYS in 1 hour resolution, no matter what is selected in the settings.
