Automated build of both NSIS and Inno Setup installers.
Added zipped win‑unpacked distribution and renamed installer artifacts with version.
Version bump and packaging reliability improvements (skip code signing discovery).
Usage: Download the preferred installer (.exe) or the win-unpacked ZIP, run installer, launch MergePDF.
