Dynamic Database Controls Release 1.0.1

Value tvsUpdating was removed from TTreeViewState enumeration (unit ComCtrls), Lazarus
rev. 64855 (2021-03-22 by wp) in Lazarus/main. ibcontrols is now compatible with Lazarus/main
and earlier versions.In this release,u se of tvsUpdating is now conditional of it being declared in ComCtrls.

The automatically generated archives are formatted for Linux (i.e. with LF Line Endings).
