For downloading backgrounds and coverarts of all games, Connect Xbox to internet, In Aurora, Press Start Button→Assets→Download (Under Update Assets)
310 × 72 is the required size for the Profile Banner. U can use smaller sizes than but larger sizes will not display correctly. U can use the photo below as the profile banner or use your own by uploading the photo in: Aurora/User/Backgrounds/
