Fixed: Compliance dashboard tabs not filtering correctly

The All Scans, OpenSCAP, and Docker Bench tabs on the compliance dashboard page were not filtering data correctly.

Root Cause: The backend API was not including profile_type in all response objects, so the frontend filtering couldn't work.

Changes:

• recent_scans: Now keeps compliance_profiles with type field
• worst_hosts: Now includes compliance_profiles.type for filtering
• top_failing_rules: Now includes profile_type field
