Docker Bench Warnings Now Included in Severity Chart

Problem: The severity chart was only showing OpenSCAP data (all green bars, no blue).

Cause: The query only looked for status = 'fail', but Docker Bench uses status = 'warn' for issues.

Fix: Updated the query to include both 'fail' AND 'warn' statuses.
