I am getting ready for the NumPy 2.5.3 release, the current openblas version in the release repo is 0.3.34.0.0. Should that be updated before the release? |

I think so? The 106 version currently in use fixes a windows threading issue. This one is pretty niche: a problem identifying the cpu inside a vm on macos with SVE. |

I'll update to 106 and leave this for future update. |
