Disabling XML doesn't work #3701
Description
Using XML causes some annoying linkage headaches that I would like to avoid in the brew build, but it seems like M2 doesn't compile if XML is disabled. This is mainly because the definition of Expr in parse.d includes a couple of XML pointer types.
