v1.13.3 — Patch: complete availability report

check_function_availability now includes a files section for WebDAV storage — previously the tool reported mail/identity/contacts/calendar but stayed silent about save_attachment_to_webdav even when it was configured and working. The section reports three states: configured and healthy, unconfigured (with a Fastmail Files setup guide), and configured-but-invalid (the URL validation error, redacted, instead of a failed call).

Also documented: search_emails and advanced_search search all mailboxes including Trash and Spam, unlike get_recent_emails — cleanup and verification flows should exclude Trash explicitly.
