DEPRECATION NOTICE

The support for old server protocols (<400) has ended.
If you are still running an ancient version of the server and clients, you need to upgrade to the latest
versions.

Fixes

  • Removed a bunch of old dead code that supported pre-400 server protocol commands which haven't been used in a long time.

Enhancements

  • Implements server protocol 423.
    • Handles larger message sizes which previously caused issues for some clients when handling large data payloads.
  • Setting object attributes in multi-level structures now supported via dot notation in attribute names.

WIP

  • Experimental features in progress are in the code but not yet available for use.
