Steam patch-data update for KIOU Local 1.5.0 and Remote asset 7.0.
Highlights:
- Adds English coverage for the new Strategy Encyclopedia, including its collection, detail, usage record, and monthly/overall ranking screens.
- Translates the new match-start presentation, turn-order announcement, spectator-end flow, and next-match messaging.
- Translates the new player-feedback prompt and updated profile, spectator, game-record, and lobby interfaces.
- Adds Local 1.5.0 support for the reusable single-choice and multiple-choice question dialog.
- Refreshes the master-data state labels introduced by Remote 7.0.
- Updates every translated voice-catalog target after the Remote 7.0 catalog repack; no new spoken dialogue was introduced.
- Adds patch data v0.1.20 while keeping desktop patcher compatibility at v0.1.11.
- Preserves timestamped Steam backups for uninstall and recovery.

- Keeps patch data compatible with patcher v0.1.9 and newer.
Existing users do not need to download a new patcher app for this data update. Open the patcher, click Update Patch Data, then patch Android downloaded data or the Steam game again.
