Fixed

• Income statements and balance sheets now fetch voucher details through a bounded five-worker pool instead of waiting for every request sequentially. The shared Fortnox client remains the single rate-limit authority.
• Financial-report totals now exclude voucher rows marked Removed: true, because those rows have been replaced in Fortnox.
