• OEM Process Spawn Mitigation: Added an immediate background cache purge (am kill-all) after package unsuspension to suppress mass IPC broadcast waves and background process spikes on OEM daemons.
• Settings Rollback Persistence: Engine now cleanly caches and reverts initial touch response speeds, Vivo persistent touch settings (com.vivo.vtouch.persist), and GameCube competition states on deactivation.
