First release for this repo
Backstory
Between the last update on 4/22/26 and today (4/29/26), the original developer took down the original github repository. After failing to find him, he reached out and provided me with the source code, requesting only that his name be removed from the list of contributors. I've complied with his request to the best of my ability. The reason for this is not something that I will get into here, but suffice it to say that the internet did what the internet seems to do best.
To that end, all references to his ID here on github have been scrubbed (I'm likely to find more so that will be an ongoing thing for a bit), the only remaining references are to his CMDR, and even then they will slowly be replaced where not related to giving credit where it is due.
Release Notes
This release is intentionally labeled as pre-release, simply because I will have to go through the entire source to understand it. Now the original developer was nice enough to leave behind documentation for almost everything, so it shouldn't be terrible, but know that it may be a while before a proper release with bugfixes or new features comes out.
Final words
Any existing installation of EDMD that was installed or otherwise working will continue to work, however, they will not get any updates anymore. You may wish to check back here once more time has passed and get the latest version. Lastly, this all occured in the last 3 hours at the time of this release, so I have nothing in the works yet for Linux, but if you are welcome to download the source, everything that way still works.
