Initial release v0.0.1, Activator listeners to verifiably control media playback.
Some high-performance and legacy iOS media apps track playback state internally.
If this internal state differs from the system-wide playback state, requests to
pause playback when already paused can be misinterpreted as attempts to resume.
The result: audio/playback resumes at inopportune times
This tweak resolves this issue by verifying the current "real-world" playback state before
forwarding requests to pause/resume. If the target state is already in effect, no action is performed.
Note: this is especially useful in automated scripts like Python or iOS Shortcuts. If consecutive or
redundant attempts to pause are called, this helps prevent any race conditions.
Tested on A13 running iOS 14.3 with unc0ver 8.0.2
