Voice Control Flipswitch v0.0.1

Initial release v0.0.1, flipswitch to directly control state of Voice Control.

Tested on A13 running iOS 14.3 with unc0ver 8.0.2
Requires FlipSwitch from a3tweaks

Return code indicates whether any changes were triggered

Example usage (Activator):
Enable Voice Control:
activator send switch-on.us.necibi.voicecontrol;

Disable Voice Control:
activator send switch-off.us.necibi.voicecontrol;

Toggle Voice Control:
activator send switch-flip.us.necibi.voicecontrol;

Check current state (shell return code: 0=stopped, 1=running):
