New Features:

  • Playlist Search Mode: Added a search type selector so the Search tab can now look for either individual tracks or YouTube playlists.
  • Playlist Results to Sammelkorb: Playlist search results can be sent directly to the Sammelkorb, where they are resolved into individual downloadable tracks.
  • Smarter Sammelkorb Imports: The Sammelkorb now recognizes playlist links from YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, and SoundCloud Sets and expands them into separate queue items instead of showing the playlist as one entry.
  • Discord Rich Presence Download Button: Added a Rich Presence button that links users to the project's GitHub download page.

Bug Fixes & UX Improvements:

  • Cancel Button Recovery: Fixed an issue where pressing Abbrechen could leave controls like folder selection, cookies selection, and folder opening unusable after cancellation.
  • Robust Download State Handling: Added a download run guard so old async download or analysis tasks cannot re-disable UI controls after a cancellation.
  • Discord Rich Presence Reliability: Improved Discord RPC reconnect handling, text sanitization, Activity validation, and visible logging for connection/update errors.
  • Discord RPC Default State: Discord Rich Presence is now enabled by default in both frontend and backend defaults.

Internal:

  • Unified Version Bump: Synchronized all package version tags to 2.3.9 across package.json, tauri.conf.json, Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, and the visible app UI.
