v1.2.1: Live Cloud Species Tag Ingestion

Changes in v1.2.1

• Live Cloud Species Tag Ingestion: Added fetch_cloud_tags() in client.py to query /api/v1/file-manager/tags and batch-retrieve tagged photo GUIDs directly from the Command Cloud API.
• Species Normalization: Normalized tags across all categories (White Tail Buck → buck, White Tail Doe → doe, Human → person, Turkey, Coyote, Squirrel, Fox, etc.).
• Automatic Sync Integration: Integrated live tag retrieval into coordinator data polling so all species tags from the mobile app match Home Assistant entities automatically.
• Validation: Verified against live API retrieving 476 tagged photos across 14 species categories.
