IsoFishR v1.1 (original app)

The original IsoFishR application, as described in Willmes et al. (2018), PLOS ONE: https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0204519

This is the final version of the single-file Shiny app (v1, last updated September 2020). It is kept here so it stays available while IsoFishR v2 is developed.

To use it: download the source code (zip) below, extract it, open IsoFishR.R in R or RStudio and run it. See the README for full instructions.

Bug fixes for v1, if any, go on the v1 branch.
