Prebuilt llvm-propeller RPM for OpenMandriva

Provides generate_propeller_profiles from google/llvm-propeller, packaged for
OpenMandriva so you don't have to build LLVM's propeller tooling from source.

What it's for

This is the profile converter used in the 4-pass PGO kernel build:

1. Build the AutoFDO kernel (--autofdo), boot it, record branch profiles
2. Build the Propeller-labeled kernel (--afdo-profile … --propeller), boot it, record again
3. Convert perf.data into Propeller profiles with this tool
   → *_cc_profile.txt + *_ld_profile.txt
4. Final optimized build (--afdo-profile … --propeller-profile …)

omx-afdo-profile.sh finds it automatically via PROPELLER_TOOL, PATH,
or /opt/llvm-propeller*/bin.

Install

sudo dnf install ./llvm-propeller-*.rpm

• Pairs with LLVM 19+ (required for the kernel's AutoFDO/Propeller support)
