What's new?

  1. Added HasInitialized() & IsInitializing()
  2. Added null checks in AddToBlock() & RemoveFromBlock()
  3. Removed outcome enum values for consistency sake
  4. Removed redundant comments to avoid conflict with DOCS
  5. Renamed initiallyEnabled to isInitiallyEnabled
