FlowSight Agent 5.0.7 — browser setup and local tools

FlowSight 5.0.7 adds a guided browser setup in Settings: open the official Chrome Web Store listing, copy the local pairing key, and verify the Arc/Chrome connection. The key is masked in the app and browser actions remain optional and confirmation-gated. The local automations and Coach UI are included in this Windows release. Chrome Web Store review is still pending, so the store may not allow new installs until Google publishes the listing. Calendar companion remains dependent on Cloud backend deployment credentials and should not be treated as live until those are configured. The signed Windows installer and updater manifest are attached automatically by the release workflow after its build completes.

FlowSight Agent 5.0.6 — full-period local reports

Windows 10/11 x64. Local work reports now retain a compact daily overview for the complete selected period and choose verified activity examples from the beginning, middle and end of a 1–30-day range. Longest focus blocks are ranked by actual duration. This update keeps Qwen3-VL-2B-Instruct Q4_K_M as the only model and does not increase its runtime context or introduce cloud processing. The signed Windows installer and automatic-update manifest will be attached after the release workflow passes.

Focus reminders can now name a distracting app or site and the task you selected in FlowSight. For example: “YouTube Shorts can wait. Return to ‘Finish release notes’ and keep your momentum going.” If the destination or task cannot be identified reliably, the reminder stays generic.

The timing and safety checks remain: tracking and notification permission must be on, local Qwen may abstain, and FlowSight verifies the observed signal and cooldown before sending. Qwen still sees only aggregate counts. The app fills in the short app/site label and selected task locally; it never puts a raw window title or URL in the notification.

Turn on contextual wording

In Profile → Startup & focus reminders, enable “Let local Qwen suggest focus reminders”, then enable “Add the app or site and my selected task when known”. Contextual wording is off by default for existing users.

This patch fixes the dark mode switch. The button now changes the visible app colors, including the title bar, background and cards. Your manual light or dark choice remains saved across restarts; before a manual choice, FlowSight follows the Windows theme.

The local Qwen3-VL-2B-Instruct model and its first-use download are unchanged from 5.0.3.

FlowSight Agent 5.0.3 for Windows

The first stable FlowSight 5 release replaces the Qwen3.5 preview checkpoint with the official Qwen3-VL-2B-Instruct Q4_K_M language model and Q8_0 visual projector. One local model handles screen context and report assistance. The model is not fine-tuned by FlowSight.

Changes

• The app downloads approximately 1.55 GB of model data on first use, verifies both SHA-256 hashes, and runs inference locally afterward.
• Optional focus reminders can now ask the local model for a single send_focus_notification proposal. FlowSight sends only aggregate counts to the model, verifies the observed signal, consent and cooldown, and displays fixed notification text. The internal tool is unavailable to external MCP clients.
• Status reports favor findings backed by recorded activity and avoid presenting passive observations as completed work.

Windows 10/11 x64: use the NSIS installer for automatic updates, or the MSI for manual installation. The updater manifest is included in this release. The first model download requires internet access; inference works offline after verification.

The local model has been smoke tested for multimodal responses and tool calls. The exploratory screen benchmark is not a production accuracy guarantee.

Preview update of FlowSight 5 with the Qwen3.5 local model unchanged. Adds the finished Settings layout, clearer privacy/data groups, persistent light/dark title-bar switch, and compact-window fixes. This remains a preview while report narration is validated; the stable automatic updater is unchanged.

Local work reports now identify recurring foreground apps and websites without a fixed brand list. The review and PDF show sampled visits, returns between work screens, and contextual next-session suggestions. App exclusions remain respected; sampled visits are not treated as proven distractions.

This asset release supplies the single local model for FlowSight 5.0.3: the official Qwen3-VL-2B-Instruct GGUF from the Qwen team. It is data for on-device inference, not an application installer or a FlowSight fine-tune. The model is licensed under Apache License 2.0; see the bundled model notice and license in the FlowSight application.

FlowSight verifies both size and SHA-256 before using either file. Windows and macOS download these assets on first use; the Linux installer includes them. No screen content is sent to the model host.
