Grab LikhiBoliSetup.exe below (Windows 10/11, ~74 MB).

Because the app is free and unsigned, Windows shows a one-time warning:

• On download: click Keep
• On running: click More info → Run anyway

Then accept the short disclaimer and install (no admin needed). The setup window helps you add a free Google key for the best Hindi/Hinglish — or skip it and stay fully offline.
