Synora Sync 0.1.3

Every action button (sign in, register, recover vault, create vault, approve device, refresh) now shows a loading state and disables itself while the request is in flight, so clicking it repeatedly no longer fires duplicate requests. Also shows the real error message when pending devices fail to load, instead of a generic string.

BRAT users: pull the update (Settings -> BRAT -> Check for updates, or restart Obsidian).
