Amonite is a curated operating system built on deliberate product decisions rather than software accumulation.

Its identity comes from carefully selected components, sensible defaults and lightweight integration with the underlying Debian platform.

The project prioritizes:

• maintainability.

This release is intended for evaluation and testing.

Although the product architecture is considered stable, the implementation is still evolving and continues to be validated across different hardware configurations.

It may still contain bugs, incomplete features or compatibility issues and should not yet be considered production-ready.
