Can you replace python-lzf with python-neo-lzf?

your package need python-lzf however my docker build doesn't support building python C extension. I found python-neo-lzf is a nice drop-in which provides precompiled wheels for different OSes and support python3.7 to 3.13. So, can you please replace your package dependancy?

Thank you for the great suggestion!🙏 The python-neo-lzf package looks like a perfect replacement. I’m a bit busy this week, but I’ll test it out next week.

@urasakikeisuke Would highly appreciate if this can be done soon 🙏. Right now it is a pain to have pypcd4 listed in requirements.txt for Docker image build.

Sorry for the delay. The test has passed and is now waiting for review. Once the review is approved and the PR is merged, we'll release it immediately as v1.4.0.

v1.4.0 has now been released, and pip3 install -U pypcd4 no longer requires building python-lzf.
