PocketCam v0.1.1

Uninstall now removes C:\Program Files\PocketCam (the folder, not only the files). Also: app icon from the SVG mark, no console window, optional desktop shortcut, camera DLL uninstall (stops Frame Server), and the ProgramData camera ring is deleted. Certificates, settings, and recordings stay. Unsigned builds may show SmartScreen — More info, then Run anyway. On the phone, continue past the certificate warning; it is for this PC, not a public site.
