Fixes the pocket (on-device) backend failing to start on 0.8.2 — the phone payload was missing the 0.7/0.8 backend modules (queue.js, projects.js, wake.js), so the app showed "could not start the on-device backend". The bundle manifests are now checked by the test suite against the backend's actual require graph, so this class of bug fails the build instead of the phone.
Desktop installs of 0.8.2 are unaffected by the bug — but this is the first release they can install by themselves: look for the update to 0.8.3 pill in the titlebar.
Unsigned builds — macOS: right-click the app and choose Open the first time. Windows: SmartScreen → More info → Run anyway. Android: install the APK (allow unknown sources), then pair via the QR in the desktop titlebar.
