Inklet 4.0.0.dev4

Fourth 4.0 development preview: corrected polar geometry and visual plotting guides.

• Fix closed polar curves retracing their angular range and shaded bands crossing themselves or leaving a seam wedge. Cover ascending/descending angles, winding directions, explicit closure and all four angular units.
• Add a searchable visual plot gallery with 22 runnable examples across six focused guides. Separate core plotting, interactive previews, microscopy and development material; retain existing guide URLs.
• Refresh affected polar previews and document radial label backgrounds and angular-seam behavior.

Retains dev3's compiled rendering, linked reports and reproducible plot-style editor. The broader 4.0 roadmap remains open.

Install explicitly:

This is a development prerelease; 3.1.0 remains stable. Experimental APIs and saved-state schemas may change.

Validation: full release workflow on the tagged commit, 96 targeted polar/documentation tests, isolated core-only wheel installation, and strict distribution metadata checks. The 22 new guide examples were also executed independently with stable 3.1.0; corrected polar geometry requires dev4.
