New Features:

• Handles klippy connect/disconnect events properly
• Adds a very basic print status panel
• add new config option: consoleFilterPatterns which is a list of regular expressions used to filter the console messages, this cannot currently be set with the /set command, you need to edit the config file.

Bug Fixes:

• Fix parsing gcode commands that aren't included in gcode_help
• properly load default config before user config file to initialize new defaults.
