RustPainter Windows Test Build

first public Windows test build. download the ZIP, unzip it somewhere, then run RustPainter.exe. you dont need Python installed.\n\nthis is still early, so start with a small image first. you need Windows 10 or 11 and Rust running in borderless or windowed mode.\n\nif something is confusing or it paints wrong, join the Discord and let me know what happened.
