First archival release of the public code and derived results accompanying Geometric Signatures of Conceptual Reorganization: A Counterfactual Embedding Framework for Detecting Scientific Revolutions (Ntounis, Schwartzman, Chafe, and Ryckman), arXiv:2609.14917.

Includes the analysis package, case/concept configurations, plotting scripts, existing reproduction instructions, public corpus identifiers, and tracked derived outputs. The source snapshot is unchanged. Code license: MIT.
Validation during release preparation: 168 tests passed. The full embedding and permutation pipeline was not rerun. Historical dependency versions are not fully pinned. Third-party paper text and embeddings are excluded; see data/README.md for access and regeneration instructions.

The data archive preserves all 13 supplied manuscript figure PDFs, five tables in CSV and LaTeX, and public machine-readable derived outputs, with a figure/table index, provenance, and checksums. It includes the two exact manuscript schematics absent from this source snapshot. See its README for current versus legacy outputs and reuse limitations. Third-party paper full text and embeddings are excluded.
Cite the version-specific archival DOIs above. Continue development normally; future changes should receive a new release and a new Zenodo version, without moving this version's tag or replacing its files.
