Dual local server channels

  • Renamed the existing local option to Local server (Beta) and added Local server (Prod).
  • The two local channels independently detect, download, and update server files:
    • Beta uses server.
    • Prod uses server_prod.
  • The server-folder action now opens the folder for the selected local channel and clearly reports when online or custom-address modes are selected.
  • Added channel labels and related messages for Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese.
