Added

  • OLED idle power ladder — at 2 min idle the panel blanks to a small rotating "breathing dot" (spreads wear, avoids burn-in); at 15 min idle the SH1107 is put fully to sleep (display off). Wakes instantly on KEY0/KEY1, controller pair, or any input. Fixes the "screens stay on after the PC powers off" report in #3.
  • Trigger-flow diagnostics (in response to #3): host02 / trig / tx counters on the OLED Diagnostics screen, plus scripts/mic_diag.sh bt-trace, which reads them over the 0xFD vendor report and prints a one-line verdict locating where an adaptive-trigger effect is dropped (host driver / dongle / controller).
  • Diagnostics screen scrolls with the controller D-pad (10 rows, 5 visible at a time).
  • README "Diagnostics & debug tooling" section documenting scripts/mic_diag.sh.

Changed

  • flush_fb() split into chrome + raw variants so the dim-tier renderer can push the breathing dot without nav chrome.
  • Diagnostics row order re-prioritized for the common triage path.

UF2s built and attached by CI (.github/workflows/release.yml).
