v0.6.6 — OLED Edition

Community-issue follow-ups.

Added

• Configurable OLED idle-ladder thresholds (issue #5, requested by @TerryFrench). The dim/off tiers are no longer hardcoded at 2/15 min — two new persisted settings screen_dim_timeout / screen_off_timeout (minutes, 0 = that tier disabled, range 0–250) are editable on the OLED Settings screen (ScrDim/ScrOff) and in the web config tool's Advanced tab. Defaults preserve the previous 2/15 ladder; upgraders keep current behavior. Idle timer moved to 64-bit µs so the full range works.
• trig fold counter on the Diagnostics screen (issue #6). Counts trigger-bearing 0x02 host reports folded into the 0x36 audio frames while the speaker stream is active (instead of sent as a standalone 0x31). Makes trig = tx trigger-share + fold visible — confirming the apparent trig/tx gap is audio-path folding, not dropped trigger reports.

Companion web tool

The DS5Dongle-OLED-Config-Web config tool gains the matching screen-timeout controls and is synced to the v0.6.5+ Config_body layout, which also fixes a latent issue where saving config via the older web tool could zero the lightbar fields.
