The Kleenex website seems to experience api problems. It's currently not possible to use the gps coordinates to get pollen information. However it looks like the use of city name or postal code is possible. This new updates add the possibility to provide a city or postal code instead of gfs coordinates. After installing you may need to remove the old service and install it again and use your city or postal code. If this still doesn't work look at the "Trouble shooting" section of the README.
