Feature/update sheet mini preview (#7)

* feat: enhance schedule diff visualization with mini preview and segmented view. Wrong schedule on purpose

- Overhaul `ScheduleDiffBottomSheet` to include a visual schedule preview and a "Before/After" toggle using `SingleChoiceSegmentedButtonRow`.
- Update `ScheduleMiniPreview` to support slot highlighting and optimize rendering by memoizing day-based slot clusters.
- Implement `buildSlotsFromDiffs` and `parseDetailToSlot` utilities to convert textual diff data into synthetic `ClassSlot` objects for preview rendering.
- Refactor the change list into a compact `SlotDiffFooterRow` with updated Material3 styling and tonal elevation.
- Add localized string resources for the diff summary title.
- Provide comprehensive Compose previews for `ScheduleDiffSheetContent` in both light and dark modes.

* feat: add developer settings and refactor auto-update interval to minutes

- Implement a "Developer Settings" section in `MoreScreen`, visible only in debug builds, to allow manual triggering of background workers, resetting schedule hashes, and simulating schedule diffs.
- Add a "Reset Tooltips & Onboarding" feature to clear persistent flags and restart the user tutorial flow.
- Refactor `SettingsRepository` and `ScheduleUpdateWorker` to use minutes instead of hours for the auto-update interval, providing more granular control.
- Update `MoreViewModel` to support new developer actions and provide a 15-minute interval option in debug mode.
- Migrate `SettingsRepository` to handle the transition between hour-based and minute-based interval storage while maintaining backward compatibility.
- Update schedule JSON data for the "1C" semester and refresh the corresponding index hash.
- Add localized string resources (English and Spanish) for developer options and new interval labels.

* fix: change 1C schedule times and refine diff label casing

- Change start and end times for "Cálculo" and "Tecnología de Computadores" sessions in the 1C schedule distribution.
- Change diff status badges (Modified, Added, Removed) and comparison labels (Before, After) from all-caps to sentence case.
- Change both English and Spanish string resources to ensure consistent UI casing across localizations.
