refactor: remove "Now" line indicator from schedule widget

- Remove the `WidgetNowLine` component and all logic responsible for rendering the current time indicator in the home screen widget.
- Clean up `ScheduleWidget` by removing unused `SettingsRepository` flow collections for "Now" line visibility, style preferences, and custom day start/end times.
- Simplify `ScheduleWidgetContent`, `ClusterSegmentRow`, and `EmptySegmentRow` by removing time-tracking parameters and conditional layout logic.
- Update `ScheduleWidgetModels` documentation to reflect that the timeline no longer supports "Now" line positioning.
- Remove unused time-related imports and constants across widget UI files.
