Patch fix.

Changes

• generator-rust-tower: emit #![allow(clippy::pedantic, clippy::nursery)] on every generated file. Consumer crates that enable pedantic/nursery lints with -D warnings (the dialai kingsport lambda does) would otherwise fail to compile generated code on lint nits.
