• Connector sources can now be removed outright. Remove, on the source card's
  menu, deletes the source, its indexed documents, and its scheduled sync
  flow after a confirm. Disconnect still just pauses syncing. Sync history
  is kept, and removal is refused while a sync is running.

Packaging

• The Helm chart is attached as mari-0.1.2.tgz with image tags and digests
  pointing at the v0.1.2 containers.
• No database migrations. helm upgrade --install with your existing values
  upgrades in place, and volumes and data are untouched.
