TAF 3.1.1 is the first official release of the taf-perl framework with full semantic versioning support (major.minor.patch). This update introduces framework_patch and ensures consistent version reporting across all modules.

Changes included in this release:

  • Added FRAMEWORK_PATCH constant and propagated framework_patch through taf_var
  • Updated Logging.pm to print full version (major.minor.patch)
  • Updated Utilities.pm flag handler to report full version
  • Updated Run.pm readme output to include patch version
  • Updated reporter_libs/text.pm to display framework_patch and skip it in extra metadata
  • Updated PrintAllVariables to show full version
  • Removed old positional args from HandleInfoFlags and simplified call site
  • General consistency improvements across modules

This release establishes the baseline for future patch-level updates and ensures all reporting, logging, and metadata output reflect the complete TAF version string.
