We are migrating hz-bbw6 to a non latent worker.
Currently, hz-bbw6 hosts the valgrind and bigtest builders.

Changes

  1. Move the bigtest builder to master-migration
  • It has no real dependency on the output of amd64-ubuntu-2204.
  • In fact, that dependency causes unnecessary delays.
  • It should instead be a child of tarball-docker.
  1. Remove hz-bbw6 from the valgrind DockerLatent pool
  • The existing queues should handle this change without issue, but monitor them to confirm.
  • valgrind still has 2 DockerLatent workers in its pool after this change.
  1. bm-bbw1-docker removal - faulty hardware

MR should be merged after this is approved & merged.
hz-bbw6 will function in 'dual' mode until Production deployment, meaning:

  • DEV will treat it as a non latent worker
  • PROD will treat it as a docker latent worker until deployment.

Remove:
- builder
- assigned Latent workers (bm-bbw1 has faulty hardware)
- the s_bigtest scheduler only causes unnecessary delays, better migrate the builder as a child of tarball-docker
- scheduler / trigger helper functions
To completely release the resources allocated to hz-bbw6.
The existing queues should handle this change without issue.
