Reproduction for PSModule/Process-PSModule#530.
This PR carries the
Minorlabel. Latest release isv0.4.13, so a correct release resolves 0.5.0.After merge, a
workflow_dispatchonmainis expected to discard the label and resolve 0.4.14 (patch) instead.The caller is temporarily pointed at
PSModule/Process-PSModule@repro/dispatch-label-whatif, which forcesWhatIf: trueon every publish step. No Gallery version and no GitHub release can be created by any run on this branch.
