New WiFi Setup Mode, Random key features, config templates and more...

  • Added WiFi Setup Mode (Hold AUX button during boot to creat hotspot with Web UI to entere wifi SSID and Password)
  • Added new Web UI button "Add 10x random keys to Single-Use list"
  • New command add-single-use-keys that takes integer argument between 0 and 100
  • Added 2x new clickable links to the bottom of the Web UI "[ Sample Config: Basic / Full ]" Which allows the user to dawnload a template configuration file in either basic or full detail.
  • Consolidated mqtt stat publishes and serial outputs to single function for output uniformity
  • Rewrite of wipe FFat function for factory reset
  • Set default colour theme as red
