Thanks for submitting. @Nigelw As a follow-up to discussions we had in the main repo, I think we can get rid of the "MarkEdit" prefix everywhere. I've made changes to 1st-party extensions.
It should be good enough to just call Bidirectional Preview Sync here.

Apologies for the messiness with force pushes etc., I'm new to making PRs to other projects and learning how to do it in a sane manner.
