First installation:
Extract 7z-archive in a directory of your choice (<prgPath>).
Edit settings.json to your needs.
Install as a service (admin console): sc create OverlayIconWatcher binPath= "<pathToOverlayIconWatcher.exe>" start= auto
Start service if necessary (admin console): sc start OverlayIconWatcher

Update:
Stop service (admin console): sc stop OverlayIconWatcher
Extract 7z-archive in your chosen directory (overwrite all files except settings.json)
Start service (admin console): sc start OverlayIconWatcher
